Abstract：Inviewof thestructuralcharacteristicsandaccuracyrequirementsoftheguideconeaswellasthedeformation andstressconcentrationproblemsthatoccurduringtheprocesingprocess，bystudyingthestructuralcharacteristicsandmaterial characteristicsoftheguidecone，a matureandstableprocesing process planwasexplored.Onthisbasis，theprocesswas passed.Throughtest，machining tolsweredesignedandmanufactured，cutingparametersweredetermined，theproductquality and processing eficiency of the guide cone were improved，and batch production requirements were met.
