运行氧量联合配风调整技术对1000MW超超临界机组锅炉燃烧经济效益的影响

Abstract:Utra-supercriticalboilerunitsareevironmentallyfriendlyandenergyeficient,buttheywillalsobeafectedby manyfactorsduringtheiroperation,ofwhichoperatingoxygencontentandauxiliaryairdistributionareimportantfactors.Inthis study,atestmethodwasusedtoanalyzetheimpactofthreedferentairdistributionmethodscombinedwithtwoiferent operating oxygen levels of 2.7% and 1.9% onthe operation of the unit boiler by statistical data related to the operation of the unitboilerunderthe93OMWworkingcondition.Theresultsshowthatunder2.7%operatingoxygencontent,theboiler combustion thermal eficiency obtainedbythe three different air distribution methods ishigherthan 1.9 % operating oxygen content,andtheboilercombustionthermaleficiencyobtainedbytheinvertedtowerairdistributionmethodisthehighest. Therefore,thecombinationof2.7%operatingoxygencontentandtheinvertedtowerairdistributionmethodcanobtainthe optimal combustion economic benefits.
