Abstract：Thispaperdeplydiscusssthebasiccharacteristics，influencingfactors，identifcationandevaluationmethodsin geotechnicalengineeinginvestigation，andfoundationtreatmentmeasuresofloesscolapsibleproperty.Themicrostructure characteristicsandphysicalandchemicalpropertesofessarecloselyrelatedtoitscollpsiblepropertyandmanyfactorssuch asgeologicalenvironment，climaticcondionsandhumanactiviesjointlyafecttheperformanceofloesscollpsiblepropertyIn geotechnicalengineeringinvestigation，thecollapsibleloesssitecanbeaccuratelyidentifiedandevaluatedbyusingavarietyof technicalmeansandevaluationindicators，andthenthecolapsibleloessitecanbereasonablydivided.Theoptimizationand selectionofreinforcementtreatment，preventivetreatmentandcomprehensivetreatmentplansareproposedforthetreatmentof collapsible loessfoundation，aiming to provide scientific basis and technical support for engineering practice.
