Abstract：Thispaper proposesadesignschemeforanautomatictobacco shreds packingsystembasedonthe technologies ofdouble-stationaltematingmaterialdistributionandmultistagecompresionThesystemintegratesareciprocatingmaterial distributor，aservodrivenpressingheadforthepackingbox，ahig-precisionelectronicscale，andaninteligentcontrolsystem， realizingdynamicweighingcompensationandvolumeoptimizationoftobaccoshreds.Throughtheoretical modelingand experimental verification， the packing accuracy of the system reaches ±0.7kg （fora standard box of 70kg ，thevolumeutilization rate is increased to 86.3% ，and the production capacity is stably maintained. Practical applications show that this system can reducelaborcostsandtobacoshredsloss，providinganinovativesolutionfortheinteligenttransformationofthetobacco industry.
