Abstract:Thispaper proposesadesignschemeforanautomatictobacco shreds packingsystembasedonthe technologies ofdouble-stationaltematingmaterialdistributionandmultistagecompresionThesystemintegratesareciprocatingmaterial distributor,aservodrivenpressingheadforthepackingbox,ahig-precisionelectronicscale,andaninteligentcontrolsystem, realizingdynamicweighingcompensationandvolumeoptimizationoftobaccoshreds.Throughtheoretical modelingand experimental verification, the packing accuracy of the system reaches ±0.7kg (fora standard box of 70kg ,thevolumeutilization rate is increased to 86.3% ,and the production capacity is stably maintained. Practical applications show that this system can reducelaborcostsandtobacoshredsloss,providinganinovativesolutionfortheinteligenttransformationofthetobacco industry.
