Abstract:Wheelsareakeycomponentindirectcontactwiththetrack,andtheirwearstatedirectlyafectsthesafetyand stabilityofthetrain.ThisstudytakestheCRH40OAFEMUastheresearchobject,comprehensivelyconsidersdiferentline factors,andconductsanin-depthanalysisofwhelwearandtuminglaws.First,basedonhistoricalturningdatathe relationshipbetweenwheelrimthicknessandwheeldiameterisanalyzed,andtherelationshipbetweenthetwoisfiedby regresionanalysismethodtoobtainthecompensationruleofwhelrimthickness.Finall,basedonthewearcharacteristisof Beijing-GuangzhouExpressway,Beijing-Hong Kong-KowloonLineandBeijing-KowlooLine,theturningrulesofEMUare analyzed.Theresultsshowthatwheelweariscloselyrelatedtolineconditions,andtherearesignificantdiferencesinwearlaws under different lines.
