Abstract:Withthegradual maturityofpneumaticdirectionaldrilingtechnologyinbroken-softcoalseam,nitrogen directionaldrilingtechnologyhasbeenapliedin"onehole,twoelimination"ofworkingfac,coalstripelimination,working faceareagasmanagement,etc.Nitrogenasaninertgasisalsograduallusedasagassourcetoreplaceconventionalair. Throughthecombinationofpneumaticdirectionaldrillngtechnologyandnitrogenslagingtechnolgytesystematicanalysisf pneumaticdirectionallongdrillng technologyforbroken-softcoalseamdowngradientwascarredout,andthepeumatic directionaldrllingtechnologofitrognslaggng,thesupptingqipment,andthemainparametersandcharacteristicsofthe gassupply wereresearched,andtheon-sitetestwascariedoutinZouzhuangMinetofurtherverifythereliabiltyof the equipment,the selection of the process method and key parameters,and the maximum depth of 516m hole record was finally achieved. The maximum hole depth of 516m was finally achieved,which ensured the safety of coal tunneling and provided a good demonstration for the further popularization and application of this technology.
