Abstract:Inorder tocope withtheseverechallengesof global climatechange,realizeefective monitoringandcontrolof carbonemissions,evaluatetheefectivenessofcarbonemisioncontrolinorganizationsoradministrativeregions,andletthe publicunderstandthecarbonemisiontargetsof the macroatmosphericenvironmentandenhanceenergyconservationand emisionreductionawareness,thestructure,functionsandimplementationprocessofcarbonemissonmonitoringandcontrol systemshallbestudied,andacarbonmonitoringandcontrolsystemwithmulti-sectorcollborativemanagementshallbe developedbyadoptingnewgeneration ICTrelatedtechnologiessuchasInternetof Things.Theresultsshowthatcompared with someexistingcarbon monitoringandcontrolsystems,thesystemcannotonlypromoteefectivecollborativemanagementamong multipledepartments,promotecarbonemisionenterprises tosaveenergyandreduceemissionsfromthesource,butalsorealie theevalutionoftheefectiveness ofcarbonemisionmacrocontrol.Meanwhile,thesystemcanupdatemacroenvironmental carbonemisiondatainpublicandrealtime,andenhancedatatransparencyandpublicparticipation.Throughmulti-sector collborativemanagementandmacro-environmentalcarbonemisionmonitoring,thesystemhelpstoachievethe"doublecarbon" goal and promote environmental sustainable development.
