Abstract:Thispapercomparesthespecificationsforpileintegritytestinginthefieldsofhighway,watertransport,and construction.Themaindiferencesbetweenhighwayandtheothertwofieldslieinthecriteriaforjudgment.Inhighway engineering,theciticalvelocitycalculationforwavespeeemploystheindependentcross-sectionmethod,whileincostruction andwatertransport,theaveragecross-setionmethodisused.Thisstudyconductsacomparativeanalysisofthethreefields basednthreeimportantacousticparametersandvalidatesthefindingsthroughengineringcasestudies.Theresultsareofgreat significance for guiding ultrasonic integrity testing ofpiles
