Abstract：Inordertorealizelasermarkingofthelogoiconwithablackandwhitegradientefectonthesurfaceof aluminumaloymetal，drawingsoftwareandfiberlasermarkingequipmentareusedforimageprocesing，bitmapbinarization procesingandlasermarkingtest，andimportantinfluencingparametersofmarkingareanalyzedregularly.Experimentshave shownthat themainoptionsafectingthegradientefectinimageprocessingarecolormodeandimageresolution.Themain factorsaffctingthegradientefectinlasermarkingincudebitmapsetingparameters（contrast，brightness），laserpower，dot spacing，marking times，etc.Selectingmatchingandreasonablelasermarkingparametersbasedonmaterialcharacteristicscan meet the processing needs of gradient icons on metal surfaces.
