金属表面激光打标渐变图标工艺研究

Abstract:Inordertorealizelasermarkingofthelogoiconwithablackandwhitegradientefectonthesurfaceof aluminumaloymetal,drawingsoftwareandfiberlasermarkingequipmentareusedforimageprocesing,bitmapbinarization procesingandlasermarkingtest,andimportantinfluencingparametersofmarkingareanalyzedregularly.Experimentshave shownthat themainoptionsafectingthegradientefectinimageprocessingarecolormodeandimageresolution.Themain factorsaffctingthegradientefectinlasermarkingincudebitmapsetingparameters(contrast,brightness),laserpower,dot spacing,marking times,etc.Selectingmatchingandreasonablelasermarkingparametersbasedonmaterialcharacteristicscan meet the processing needs of gradient icons on metal surfaces.
