Abstract:Astheadvantagesofprefabricatedbuildingsinenergyconservation,emisionreductionandengineering constructioneficiencyimprovementbecomeincreasinglyprominent,howtoensuretheirqualityandsafetyhasbecomearesearch hotspot.Thispaperfocusesonthedesignpointsofprefabricatedbuildingcomponentsanddeplydiscusesthedesigncoreof framestructuresandshear wallsystems,whichisofguidingsignificanceforimprovingthelevelofcomponentdesign.Interms ofidentfcationofconstructionhazardsources,thesafetyrisksofhoistingconstructionmachinery,storageandhoistingof prefabricatedcomponents,andmanufacturingandinstalationofexteralhangersareanalyzedtoprovidereferenceforsafety managementontheconstructionsite.Thestudyproposesasetofscientficqualitycontrolstrategies,includingtheaplicationof auxliarytoos,theuseoflaminatedplates,andthequalityassuranceandtransportationofcomponents,aimingtoprovide systematicsolutionsforqualitymanagementinprefabricatedbuildingengineeringonstruction.Theresearchresultshaveimportant theoreticalsignificanceandpracticalvalueforbuildingaqualityaceptancesystemforprefabricatedbuildingcompoents.
