Abstract：Theapplicationofmicropipejackingtechnologyhasdeplydeveloped.However，thereiscurrentlyalackof technicalcodeandengineringsoftwareavailableforthestressanalysisofsteelopencaisson.Thenumericalanalysismethodis usedtostudythisissue.Intheprocessofconstructionandrecovery，thesteelcaissonwillproducediferentdegreesof deformation.Out-of-roundnessisintroducedtoindicatethedegreeofdeformationofsteelopencaison.Onesideofthesteel caissonisaroadwayndtheothersideisanon-motorizedlane.Diferentgroundliveloadsareapliedonbothsidesof the steelopencaisson.Theforceanalysis modelofstelcaissonisestablishedbyABAQUSfiniteelementsoftware.Thevariationlaw of stress and deformation was analyzed based on diffrent out-of-roundness and depth of steel open caisson.
