Abstract：Withtheadvancementof medical informatizationconstruction，remotediagnosisplatformsareplayingan increasinglyimportantroleinpublichospitals，helpingtooptimizethealocationofmedicalresourcesandimprovethequalityof primarymedicalservicesandpatientmedicalexperience.ThisresearchfocusesonthemedicalparkandreliesonAIinteligent diagnosistechnologytodesignandimplementaremoteECGplatformbasedonAI-asisteddiagnosis.Theplatformbreaks regionalrestrictionsandoptimizesmedicaltreatmentprocedures，andrealizesreal-timecolection，transmisionandinteligent analysisofECGdata.Thisarticlesummarizestheconstructionbackgroundusemethods，implementationprocessandfectsof thesystem，andcomparesandanalyzesitwiththetraditionalmodelintermsofcapitalinvestment，costsavings，andmedical qualityimprovement.TheresultsshowthattheremoteECGplatformhasahigh-costperformanceratio.Through theconstruction ofthisplatform，wewillstrengthentheinformatizationconstructionofECGexaminationsinprimarymedicalinstitutionsand promotetehigh-qualitydevelopmentofmedicalservices.Finally，basedonclinicalpracticalwork，thelimitationsofaplication and future prospects are proposed.
