Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsoftraditionaljujubeharvestingdevicesdamagingfruittrees,insuficientcolection functions,andinconvenientcarryingandusing,TRIZtheorywasusedtocarryoutinnovativedesign.Throughfunctionalanalysis ofthered jujubegatheringdevice,keyisueswereidentifiedandsolutionswereproposedusingtolssuchastechnicalconflict theory,physicalconflicttheory,andmaterial-fieldmodelinTRIZ.Basedonvariousplans,anewtypeofredjujubegathering devicehasbeendesignedItusesarubberturrettoreducedamage tofruittres,aclothcolectioncovertoimprovecolletion eficiency,andisequippedwithabackframeandhandleforeasycaryinganduse.Theresultsprovethat TRIZtheoryis effective and feasible in product innovative design.
