Abstract:Thisstudyprovidesadetailedanalysisofthegeological,meteorologicalandhydrologicalcharacteristicsalongthe East-WestUrbanAxisofTuojiangAvenueinJianyangCityfocusingonthetypes,causes,andmitigationstrategiesforgeological hazardspotentiallinducedbyconstructionactitiesinthisarea.Troughfieldinvestigationsandremotesensinginterretation theprimarytypesof geologicalhazardsidentifiedincludelandslides,colapses,unstableslopes,anddebrisflows.Resultsidicate thatthestudyareaislocatedwithinarelativelystabletectonicunitineastemSichuan;however,theregion'sred-bedhily terain,characterizedbylooseandheterogeneousrockandsoilstructuresandabundantprecipitation,heightensthegeological hazardrisk.Constructionactvitiessuchassurfaceexcavation,blasting,andslopeloadinghavethepotentialtotriggerlandslides andcollpses.Toaddresstheserisks,thispaperproposesasetofcomprehensivemitigationmeasures,includingdrainagesystem construction,slopereinforcement,sientificallyinformedconstructionpractices,andamulti-tieredmonitoringandarlywaing systemtoreducethelikelihodofconstruction-inducedgeologicalhazardsandensureconstructionsafety.Thefindingsoffer scientificguidanceforinfrastructureprojectsinsimilargeologicalsetingsandprovidetechnicalreferencesforefectiveegional geological hazard prevention and control.
