Abstract:Basedontheanalysisoftheexistingshiploadercontrolsystem,aportshiploadertravelcontrolsystemis studied.Thecompositionoftheshiploadertravelingsystemisstudied,theelectricalhardwarecompositionandprincipleofthe shiploadertravelingmechanismareanalyzedindetail,andthehydraulicsystemdesignoftherailclampisfocusedon.Atthe sametime,theshiploadertravelcontrolprocessisanalyzed,andtheshiploadertravelcontrolprogramandHMlcontrol interfaceareplannedanddesigned.Throughaplication,thesystemcansignificantlyimprovethewalkingaccuracyandeficiency ofthe ship loader,while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.
