Abstract：Basedontheanalysisoftheexistingshiploadercontrolsystem，aportshiploadertravelcontrolsystemis studied.Thecompositionoftheshiploadertravelingsystemisstudied，theelectricalhardwarecompositionandprincipleofthe shiploadertravelingmechanismareanalyzedindetail，andthehydraulicsystemdesignoftherailclampisfocusedon.Atthe sametime，theshiploadertravelcontrolprocessisanalyzed，andtheshiploadertravelcontrolprogramandHMlcontrol interfaceareplannedanddesigned.Throughaplication，thesystemcansignificantlyimprovethewalkingaccuracyandeficiency ofthe ship loader，while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.
