Abstract:Asanimportanturbaninfrastructureproject,utilitytunnelsinvolvemultipleprofessionalfieldsandhavecomplex andvariableconstructionenvironments,makingtheassessmentofconstructionsafetyrisksforutilitytunelsparticularlyimportant. Toensuretheobjectivityandefectivenessoftheriskassessmentprocessforutilitytunnelconstructionasmuchaspossble,this paperconstructsanindexsystem forutilitytunelconstructionriskassessmentandusesacombinedevaluationmethodof G1- entropyweight-cloudmodel.First,theG1method(sequentialrelationmethod)isusedtodeterminethesubjectiveweightsof eachindex,andtheentropyweight methodisusedtodeterminetheobjectiveweightsofeachindex,forcombinedweighting; secondly,basedonthecloudmodelacloudevaluationmodelforutilitytunnelconstructionrisksisconstructed;finalythe modelisverifiedthroughpracticalexamplesandtherisklevelsaredetermined,providingareferencefortheriskmanagementof utility tunnel construction.
