Abstract：Inordertoimprove the technical methodsof buildingenvelopeswith near-zeroenergyconsumptioninseverecold areas，thesensitivityofbuildingenvelopeparameterstoenergyconsumptionisanalyzed，andtheenergyeficiencydiferences betwenbuildingswithnear-zeroenergyconsumptionandordinarybuildingsarecompared.Achievingnear-zeroenergy consumptionbuildingscanimproveindoorcomfortthroughinovativetechnologyaplicationsandhavehighlife-cyclecoomics. Futureresearch should focus on integration with renewable energyand optimization of inteligent management.
