Abstract:Inresponsetotheurgentdemandfordigitalandartificialinteligencetalentsduringthedigitaltransfoatioof theoilandgasidustry，weesigndasetofartificalintellgencetalentevaluaionsysemadsupportingintellgentevaluaion productsfortheoilandgasindustry.Bybuildingamulti-dimensionalevaluationmodelandcombiningevaluationmodelssuchas profesionalknowledge,algoritmaplicationcapabilties，andprojectpracticalexperiencesituationaljudgmentandevaluation,we canconductcomprehensiveevaluationoftalents.Thesystemisverifiedinkeyscenariossuchastalentevaluation，talent recruitment,talentselection，andtalenttraining.Basedonani-depthunderstandingoftheoilandgasindustry，combining professionalknowledgeinthepersoelfieldwithatificialinteligencetechnology,thesystemcanbeusednotonlyinbusiness scenariossuchastalentevaluation,talentselection,andtalentrecruitment，butalsoprovideguidanceforthedevelopmentof intellgentevaluationproducts.Theresearchesultsprovideimportantreferenceforpromotingdigitalransformationandinteligent upgrading of the oil and' gas industry.
