基于HAZOP的绿氢制氢站生产工艺流程风险分析

Abstract:Asanewenergy hydrogen productiondevice,hydrogen productionstations havereceivedmoreandmoreattention tothereliabityoftheirequipmentandthesafetyoftheirproductionproceses.HazardandOperabilityAnalysis(HAZOP)isa safetyassssmentmethodusedtopreventmajoracidents.Inthispaper,theHAZOPanalysismethodisappiedtotheproce equipmentofahydrogenproductionstation.Bydeterminingthemainanalysisnodesofthehydrogenproductionstation,the causes,consequencesandcorespondingcountermeasuresof processdeviationsaredeeplystudied.Combinedwiththeriskmatrix, theaccidentriskleveliseteinedpotentialdangersandoperabilityproblemsintemainprocessandauiliaryprocessflow ofthehydrogenproductionstationareidentifiedanddesigndefectsintheprocessunitandpossbleequipmentfailuresor personeloperatingerorsarerevealed.Inresponsetotheaboveproblems,improvementmeasuresareproposedtoreducerisks andoptimizetheoperabilityoftheprocesssystem.Theresearchresultsprovidepositivereferencesignificanceforreducingthe probability of accidents in hydrogen production stations and mitigating the consequences of accidents.
