Abstract:Basedonthereplacementofcontinuouslyweldedrailinlong tunnelsfortheGuangzhou Engineering Section,the researchonthedesignfastening-downtemperatureofcontinuouslyweldedrailinforlong tunnelsiscariedout.Firstly,the strengthalculationofcontinuouslyweldedrailtrackiscarriedouttoobtainthealowabletemperaturedroprangeofrailby usingthetheoryofcontinuouselasticsupprtbeamsandquasi-staticcalculationmethods.Secondly,thestabilitycalculationof continuouslyweldedrailiscarredouttoobtainthealowabletemperatureriserangeofrailbyusingtheunifiedcalculation formulaforimprovingthestabilityofcontinuouslyweldedrail.Finally,thedesignfastening-downtemperatureofcontinuously weldedrailinforlongtunnelisobtained,byconsideringtherailtemperaturedatainthelocalarea,thealowabletemperature droprangeandthetemperatureriserangeofthecontinuouslyweldedrail.Theresearchresultscanprovidethereferencefor determining the design fastening-down temperature in the of similar continuously welded rail.
