School of Physical Education，Yantai University，Yantai， Shandong Province，264Oo5 China [Abstract]Thisstudysystematically deconstructsthethree-dimensional aestheticcharacteristicsoffitnessand bodybuildingsports based on sports aesthetics theory.Firstly，focusing onthe physique aesthetics dimension，it reveals the formativeaestheticconstruction mechanismsof thehuman body's naturalatributes through using form proportion and detailedtexture presentationprnciples.Secondly，interms ofestheticexpresion，itanalyzes the integationof modeling action paradigmsand artistic performance，and explains theaesthetic generation logic of dynamic stage presentation.Finalyinthedimensionofstyleaesthetics，itdelineatesthecontemporaryshiftfrom classicaltraditions toward healthyand sunny fashion，reflecting thereshaping effctofsocial valueorientation onaestheticstandards.Study indicatesthatcurrentfitnessandbodybuildingaesthetics exhibitdiversifiedtrends：musclestrength foundational，refined line texture，and mainstream health concepts.This deep mutual constitution between aesthetic traits and practice not only drives the innovation ofcompetition rulesand the optimization of training methods，but also reflects the social functiontransformation of sports aesthetics under the Healthy China strategy. The study provides new empirical support forsportsaesthetics theorywhileestablishinganaestheticdimension framework for thesustainabledevelopmentoffitne and bodybuilding sports.
