Pathways for the Hangzhou Asian Games Supporting the Beautiful Town Development Under the Goal of Common Prosperity —Taking Jieshou Township in Chun'an County as an Example

[Abstract] Guided by the goalof common prosperity，large-scale sports events have become a crucial opportunity for driving the development of beautiful towns. This study takes Jieshou Township， Chun'an County，the host city of the Hangzhou Asian Games，as acase to empirically analyze the empowerment pathways of such events on urban development.The study finds thatthe Asian Games significantly improved urban and rurallandscapes through large一 scale infrastructure investments; The economic effcts of the competition have driven explosive growth in tourism industry，breakthroughs inindustrial investmentaraction，ndincreasedemploymentopportunities，therebypromoting economic structural optimization.As acultural showcase，the event efectively spreads the local ecological and cultural values，enhancing residents'cultural confidence.On the ecological dimension，the event drove environmental governanceand innovation in green development models.In terms of talent，itachieved intellectualagglomeration through platform-building and policy innovation.Thestudy demonstrates that，underanecological priority framework， large-scale events can effectively leverage factorreorganization，industrial upgrading，and governance innovation， providing the'leading sample' for ecologically sensitive mountainous towns to explore ashared prosperity path hat balances ecological protection and economic development."
