Exploration of the Application Path of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Physical Exercise Training

Shaanxi College of Communications Technology，Xi'an， Shaanxi Province，71oo18 China [Abstract] At present，artificial intellgence technology has made significant breakthroughs in monitoring equipment andalgorithm models，driving the evolutionof physical exercise training towardssystematization，scientificity， specialization，on-site，multicycle，and integration.Inthiscontext，basedonthecurrent trendofsystematizedand specialized physical training programs，this studyproposes three majorapplication valuesof artificial inteligence technology in asisting physical training，and provides anapplication path for driving personalized development and ensuring long-term rehabilitation testing in training.
