Research on Optimization of Urban Marathons Race Services in China -Taking the BeijingMarathonasan Example

Competitive Sports Center, Chongqing Colege Mobile Communication (Qijiang), Chongqing, 401429 China [Abstract] The popularityof marathon sports in China continues to rise,becoming a landmark sports event that combines competitivenessand public participation.According to statistics,thereareovera hundred related events held every year,with participation exceeding tenmillon.Among them,the number of registrations forlarge-scale events has repeatedly reached new highs.The purpose of this research is to improve the service level of the Beijing Marathon event.MethodByreadingliteratureandconsultingrelevant materials,itanalyzes theshortcomingsofBeijingMarathon event services and provides optimization paths.ResultResearch found thatthere are problems with the profesionalism of volunteers and the lack of experience before and after the Beijing Marathon event.In response,targeted solutions wereproposed tostrengthenthevolunteer trainingsystem,dynamicalladjustpolicies,nd introducedigital technology. ConclusionThe Beijing Marathon is one of the highest level marathon events in China.Optimizing its event service level canhelp meet the needsof participants whilepromoting the improvementofthequalityof theBeijing Marathon event,providing theoretical reference for promoting thesustainable development of marathon sports and the sports industry.
