Research on the Development and Promotion of Table Tennis in Mass Sports Activities

Bycombiningliterature review with social surveys，it systematically analyzes the value and existing chalenges of table tennis inmassports.Theresearchreveals thattabletenisoffersmultiplebenefits，includingphysicalfitness，ocial entertainment，cultural heritage，and willpower cultivation.It playsacrucialrole inenhancing the physical fitess of the mases，fostering social interaction，and promoting national sports culture.Based on the development needs of social sports，the research proposes targeted promotionstrategies toimprove facilities，enhance talentcultivation，innovate promotional methods，and establisharobust competition system.These strategies include optimizing the layout of public sports facilities，building aprofessional talent training system，using digital communication and communityactivities combination for promotion，and establishing a multi-level competition system to promote the popularizationand developmentof table tennis inmassports.This research provides theoretical and practical references for enriching the formsof massportsactivities，increasing publicparticipation，andadvancing thenational fitnessdevelopment，which has positive significance for promoting the construction of a sports power.
