[Abstract]Physical exercise is regarded asan efectivenon-pharmaceutical means tocombat metabolicdiseases.Inrecent years,aerobic exercisehas shown remarkable results in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatt liver disease,which can significantly reverse thedegenerationoflivercelsinfatyliverand alleviate thecondition.Iron dependent programmed cell death isanovelformofcelldeath thatis dependentoniron.Researcheshaveshown thatintheliverof patients withnon-alcoholicfattyliverdiseasetheexpressionofGPX4proteinisdecreasedandirondeathisexacerbated.Exercise can inhibit iron death and improve non-alcoholic faty liver disease by down-regulating lipid peroxidation,upregulating the System Xc-. -GSH-GPX4 pathway and regulating iron metabolism.
