青海黄南高寒地区大白菜的适应性筛选及评价

Abstract:Throughanadaptability evaluation of2O Chinese cabbage varieties grown in theopen field inthe alpine region ofQinghai,this studyaims to providereferences forthe selectionand promotionofsuperior Chinesecabbage varieties in thisarea.Dataon1Oquantitativetraitsand9nutritionalindicatorsofthetested materials werecollctedandsubjectedto correlation,principalcomponent,and membership functionanalyses.Theresults showed thattheagronomic traitsof the testedmaterialsexhibitedawiderangeofvariationanddiversity.Correlationanalysisrevealed9pairsof traitswith extremely significant corelations.In the principal component analysis,the cumulative contribution rate of the first9 principal components reached 89.46% ,and the membership functionvaluesranged from O.32 to 0.53.Based on comprehensive principalcomponent evaluationandmembership functionanalysis,Tianqing75was foundtoexcel inagronomic traits suchasheadheight,headdiameter,untrimmed head mass,andsingle head mass,whilealsoexhibitinglownitrite content in the leaf midribs.Jiaoyan 5869 performed wellin plant spreadand single head mass,withhigh total sugar contentin theleaf midribs and high solublesugarcontent inthe leaves.Gailiang Qingza3 demonstratedoveralexcellnt quality withno significant weaknesses.Qiuxi showed high water content.Ingeneral,the four varieties(Tianqing 75, Jiaoyan 5869,GailiangQingza3,andQiuxi)havegood performance inthis study,whichcan provideareference forthe selection of Chinese cabbage varieties according to different needs in Qinghai region.
