Abstract：Currently，theapplicationofBacilusvelezensisasbiocontrolagents is extremelywidespread.Togainamore systematic understanding of the current application status and mechanisms of action of Bacillus velezensis，this paper reviewsrecentlypublishedliteratureonthis bacterum.Ititroduces thecurrentapplicationofBacilusvelezensis incucurbits and vegetables，andsummarizes the mechanisms underlying its roles in diseasesuppession，growth promotion，and biologicalcontrolduring itsaction.Theaimis toprovideareferenceforthemoreefectiveutilizationofBacills velezensisin the agricultural field in the future.
