Abstract:InordertoenhancetheutilizationeficiencyofspentLentinus edodes substrate,this studyused itasthemain raw material to produce sugars through lignocellose enzymatic hydrolysis.Key process conditions were optimized using single-factorandortogonaldsignexperiments,andcangesinlignocelluloseompositionaswellasinfraredctro copycharacteristicsbefore andafter enzymatic hydrolysis werecompared.Theresults showed that theoptimalconditions for sugar production from lignocelulose in spent Lentinus edodes substrate were as follws: Compound enzyme(celulase/ xylanase )ratio of1:1,compound enzyme addition of 3000U⋅g-1 ,solid-liquid ratio of1:2,and enzymolysis timeof 8h : Under these conditions,the reducing sugar content reached 5.472% ,whichwas2.304timeshigherthanthatoftheraw materials.After enzymatic hydrolysis,the content of hemicellulose and celllose decreased by 26.564% and 12.105% respectively.Infraredspectroscopyanalyaisrevealedthatthecharacteristicabsorptionpeaksofthelignocelllosefunctional groups remainedunchangeed inposition,but weakened inintensityafter enzymatic hydrolysis, which was consistent with thedegradation trendsofthetwocomponent.Inconclusion,enzymatichydrolysiseectivelyincreasedtheyieldofeducing sugar and promoted the degradation of lignocellulose in spent L .edodes substrate.This studyprovides a scientific basis for the high-value utilization of spent L .edodessubstrate.
