Abstract:Toclarifytheregulatorymechanismof thetranscription factor StMYB9O-like in anthocyanin synthesis and metabolism,thisstudyusedthecoloredpotatoHeijingangasthematerial.Basedonthepreviouslyidentified StMYB90-like gene through bioinformaticsscreening,aninterference vector wasfurtherconstructedand geneticalytransformed.Through fluorescencequantitativeanalysis,anthocyanin content determination,and performanceobservationof transgenic plants,it was foundthat interference with StMYB90-likeexpresion significantlyreduced their transcription levels.Atthe same time,theanthocyanincontentinleavesdecreased by 47.94% ,thecolorof tubersbecame lighter,and the anthocyanin content in tubers decreased by 9.79% .Theaboveresultsindicate that the gene StMYB9o-like positively regulatesanthocyanin synthesis incolored potatoes,likelybyupregulating the expressonofstructural genes involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis,thereby modulating the synthesis and accumulation of anthocyanins in potato tissues.
