Abstract： Taking Chinese Five-Animal Exercises，an excelent traditional culture in China，asanexample，thetechnical steps andrequirementswereextractedbyeferencetometaphors，and29consensusconstructswereobtainedthroughin-depthinterviews andtextcolncudig3initialosucts，8otingostuctsndfinaluctualosucts.inallss mapofthe"twoinnovations"elementsofChineseFive-AnimalExerciseswasformed.Thestudyfoundthatitpresentsfourkindsof consensus，namelyteiheritancendinovationoftraditioalcuture，theecognitionandbenefitofsocialgoups，thepoon oflowenthusiasmaftertheheatandthelimitationofradiationgroups.Inordertorealizethefurthercreativetransformationandino

vative development of Chinese Five -Animal Exercises，we should enhance the sustainable thinking of traditional cultural innovation and creation，follow up the technical support of traditional cultural innovation and creation，and improve theecological construction of traditional cultural innovation and creation. Finally，it will promote the sustainable development of Chinese traditional culture represented by the Chinese Five-Animal Exercises.
