Abstract：Theintegrationofcultureandtourismisanimportantnationalstrategytopromotethecordinateddevelopmentofculturalrevitalzationandtourismeconomy.TakingtheWeishanLakeAreaastheresearchobject，thispaper，throughfieldresearchand analysis，exploresthecuentsituationandexistingproblemsofmassculturalconstructionintheprocssofculturalandtourismite grationdevelopment.Iprobes intothepracticalpathsof massculturalconstructionunderthebackgroundofculturalandtourismintegration，andputsforardpracticalsgtiosfroultipleimesiosuchssoueiegatioalentculiatioacili provement，andculturalandtourismformats.TheaimistoenhancethelevelofmassculturalconstructionintheWeishanLakeArea， enrichthecuurallifeoftasssprootecuralineritaneandoatioostterosprousdevelopntofasulue andthesustainabledevelopmentoftheculturalandtourismindustryinthe WeishanLakeArea，enhancetheregionalculturalsoft power and tourism attractiveness，and provide a reference for the development of similar lake areas.
