Abstract:Astetrendofculturalourismintegationconiuestoeepen,localiterature,servingasanimporantcaforin heritingand promotingregionalculture,playsauniqueroleincreatingculturaltourismIPandbrandpromotion.Basedontheanaly sisof practicalcasesfromvariouspubliclbraries,thisstudyemploysmethodsincludingliteraturereview,caseanalysis,andfieldresearchtoexplorethepracticalapproachesoflocalliteratureinculturaltourismIPincubation,culturalconnotationextractionnd brandcharacteristicshaping.Theresarchfidsthatefectivelyintegatinglocaliteratureresources,deplyminingculuralelemnts, andinnovatingcommunicationmethodsarekeytoenhancingtheinfluenceofculturaltourismIP.Inresponsetocuentisuessuch asresourcefragmentation,lowIecognitionandliitedpromotiochanels,thestudyproposesoptimzationsuggestiosincluding buildingadigialsouceliraryforlocaliterature,eatinganIustermatrix,inovatigdversepromotiomodes,andiroing operationmechanisms.Thesesuggestions providetheoreticalbasisandpracticalreferenceforpromoting high-qualitydevelopmentof cultural tourism empowered by local literature.
