Abstract：XiJinpingpointedoutinthereportofthe2OthNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChinathat"weshould adheretohepeople-enterdevelopmentofducationpromoteteintegrationofidustryandeducationnditensifteproo tionofthenationalommonlanguageandwing".XinjianghasalwaysadheredtothePartysguidingprinciples，fullimplemented thenationalcommonlanguageandwriting，broadenedthedevelopmentspaceforthnicminorities，andenhancedtheireplyent competitivenessThroughtheinvestigationofthecurentsituationofthenationalcommonlanguageandwritingtrainingforethnic minoritymigrantworkers，thispaperputsforwardsuggestionsonfurtherstrengtheningtetrainingaimingtopromoteeterprisesto bettercoductthetraiingandmakecontributionstothepromotionofthenatinalcommonlanguageandwritingpovertyaleviation work，people's livelihood improvement and stable development.
