Abstract:LiBai wanderedaroundtheworldthroughout his life,and manyof hispoems wereCreatedbetween mountainsand rivers.In hisover9OOpoemsthathavebeenpaseddown,hehasdescribedmorethan2Orivers,includingthetwomostmportant riversin China,theYangtzeRiverandtheYelowRiver,theRuoyeRiver,JinghuLake,andShanxiRiverintheJiangnanregion,the Wei RiverandBaRiver aroundChang'an,theriversin Xuancheng,Anhui,andthePoyangLakearoundSishui,Dongting Lake, Hengjiang,andJiujiang.LiBaispoemsaboutriversusevariousartistictechniquessuchasmetaphor,contrast,andcomparison.
