Abstract： Cultural confidence is theconfidence and sourceof anation's continuous developmentof spiritual.Promoting the stableandlong-termdevelopmentofTCMcultureisintrinsicallconsistentwiththemainbodyofChineseculture，whichhasthesame sourceandco-aryvaluesandspiritualconnotationssuchastheunityof heavenandmanandthebalanceofYinandYang.Onlyby injectingendogenouspower，graspingthelawof，andoptimizingthedevelopmentmechanismofTCMculturecanwebeterflectits subjectivityandthuspromotetheconfidence，consciousnessand innovativedevelopmentofTCMculture.TostrengthentheconsciousnessandinnovationofTCMculture，weneedtocloselyfolowthepulseofthetimes，combinetheactualdevelopmentof the region，givfulllatracetdtasdigsdniiplessifal entcultivatioientificachocialsrvic，uluralriage，ndinteatioalhang，ostbloolorfululturalwisdomandcharm.ThedevelopmentpracticeofTCMculturein GansurepresentedbyDunuang medicineisparticularlyrepresentative.
