Abstract:Thedevelopmentofreadinghabitsinearlychildhoodhelpsenhancechildren'sreadingabiltiesandextendstolater stages.Terefore,earlychildhoodreadingeducationhasgraduallybecomeanimportantcomponent inrecentreadingcultivationefforts.Giventhatyoungchildrencannotindependentlycompletereading tasksandprimarilyreadpicturebooks,thisplaceshigherdemandsontheselectionofreadingmaterials,thecreationofareadingenvironment,andthepronunciation,comprehension,andemo tionalexpresionofds.Amongarossingsforrending(suchsos,idergartes,arlyutioned publiclibraries),publiclibrariesstandoutfortheiropennessandinclusivenes,withricherresources,morediverseforatsanda moreharmoniousatmospere,hghlightingfeaturessuchasopeness,qualityandfreeaccessHowtointegratehighqualityading resources,buildexcellntmentorteams,andreatebeautifulreadingspacesdeterminethepracticalroleofpubliclibrarsproot ing early childhood reading.
