Abstract:Translation playsavitalrolein the worldwidespreadof Chinese literature.Analyzingthe globalreceptionof the translatedChronicleofBlodMerchant,anoutstandingworkofcontemporaryChineseliteratureprovidesvaluableinsightsintote interationaldiseminationofChineseliterature.Thisstudyemploystext-crawlingtechnologytoextractreaderreviewsofthetranslated ChronicleofaBlood MerchantfromplatformssuchasGoodreads.com,Amazon US,Boston Globe,etc.UsingtheLDAtopic model,itidentifsandvisualiesteeyinteestsofovseasraders.efidingsinicatesateoveseaacepabilityof ChronicleofloodMercntisositive,ithhintertioaladerspriarycusesnitsharacters,plotontentutod Chineseelements.Accordinglysugestionsareproposedfromtheaspectsofreaderfeedback,bookqualityndmarketingomunication,in order to promote the international popularization of contemporary Chinese literature.
