Constructing the Semiosphere of Yunnan Creation Epics Through the Lens of Lotman's Semiosphere Theory

Abstract: Yunnancreation epics,as polyethnicoral traditions encompasing cosmogonic motifs of universe formation and primordialorigins,sythesizemultidisciplinarysemioticsytems toonstitutean"encylopedic"sholarlyrepositoryGroundedinLoman's SemiosphereTheoryandutilizing linguistcphylumtaxonomy,thisstudyconstructsfoursub-semiosphericclusterswithinYunan's epicecosystem:theSinoibetanibeto-Buran,ioibetanKam-TaiSinoibetanHmong-Mien,ndustroasiaticoKer branches.Throughacomparativeanalysisof theirsemioticconvergences anddivergences,weelucidatehowgeospatialfactorsand ethnicmigrationsdynamicallyshapebothintrasemioticmeaninggenerationandcross-semiosphericcommunication.Bycontrasting thetigersymbolismintheLahusemiosphere(epitomizedbyMupaMipa)withitscounterpartintheYisemiosphere (embodiedin Meige),wedecodethepriciplefcuuralsmiosisamplicationuringinter-semiosphericinteractions.isnalyticalfraework providesmethodologicalscafoldingforexaminingmulticulturalsymbiosiswhileadvancingtheoreticalparadigmsforinterpreting cross-ethnic narrative exchanges.
