A Study on Cross-Cultural Adaptation of Chinese University Exchange Students to Russia

Abstract:Thisstudyfocusesonthecross-cultural adaptationissues of Chineseuniversityexchange students toRussia,andexploresthecausesandsolutions totheircross-culturaladaptationdificultiesthroughcaseanalysisofexchangestudentstoussia. Usingmethodssuchasliteratureanalysisandonsiteintervies,tisstudyexaminesthenvironmentaladaptationdifictioss culturalcommuncationbariers,ndpsychologicaladaptationisuescommonlyfacedbyexchangestudentsstudinginRussia.Itis foundthattherotcauses lieinthediferences ineducationalconceptsbetween Chinaandforeigncountries,thelackofsocialsupportsystems,ndinsuicientindividualabilitsofsudents.ByomparingteteachngmodelsofCineseandRusianuvesiis， analyzing policysupprtchanisms,nddntadaptationcases,spcificptimizationpathsareproposed,amelysuctinglan guagepracticesimulationscenariosandstrengtheningforeignlanguagecontext teaching;carringoutcultural diferencecomparison trainingtocultivatethethinkingabilityof"cuturaltransformation"；establishingahierarchicalsupportsstem.Teresultsindicate thatimprovinglanguagealicatonablityancingculturalitegrationawareessndimprovingstematicspportaeoat meanstofectivelyreducecross-culturaladaptationresistanceamongexchangestudents.Thisresearchprovidesatheoreticalrefer enceforimproving Chinasoverseas exchangestudent managementsystem,and hascertainpractical significancefordepening the Belt and Road Initiative of people to people and cultural exchanges.
