园艺技术专业专创融合人才培养模式改革创新

Abstract:Throughinvestigationandresearch，itispointedoutthatthetraditionaltalenttrainingmodelhasproblemssuch astheseparationofinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducationandprofessonaleducation,themismatchbetweenteachingmodels andindustrialneeds，andthedisconnectbetweenstudents‘abilitiesandthejobmarket.Itisdificulttoadapttotherapid developmentofthehorticultureindustryandtheincreasinglyseverejobmarket.Thedemandfortalents.Byanalyzingthetraining casesof outstandingtalents，wesummarizetheexperienceofspecialized innovationintegrationthatcanbeusedforreference.On thisbasis,threemajorreformstrategiesareproposed:First，bybuildinga"four-in-one"trainingmodelandcreatingathreelevel curriculum system of "professional training + directional training + entrepreneurial practice" to explore the integration path ofprofessionaleducationandinnovationandentrepreneurship;Second,deeenthecolaborativeeducationmechanismbetween scholsandenterprises，jointlybuildanintegratedcologicalplatformof"teaching-production-innovation"，andpromotethe transformationofsholenterprisecoperationtosymbioticdevelopment;Tethirdistooptimizeteachingmethodsandevaluation systems,createaculturalatmosphereofinnovationandentrepreneuship,andpromotethetransformationofstudentsfromsingle skillstocomprehensivedevelopment.Throughthesereformsandinovations,theaimistocultivatehigh-qualityhorticultural technicaltalentswithprofessonalliteracypracticalabilityandiovativespirit,andpromotehetransformationupgradingand innovative development of the horticultural industry.
