Abstract：Thecourse ScientifcPaperWritingisaprofessonalrequiredcoursegenerallyofferedincollegesanduniversities. Thispaperfocusesontheproblemsofsingleteachingmethodsandmethods，lowstudents’willngnesstoactivelylearn，lackof interactinbetweenteachersandstudents，lackofpracticaloperationsinclasroomteachingactivities，andlackofformative assessentoflearningoutcomesunderthetraditionalteachingmodel（withteachersasthemainbody）.Basedonthis，takingthe ScientficPaperWritingcoursefortheagronomymajoroftheCollegeofAgricultureasanexample，thecourseisreformedand practiced fromaspectssuchasteaching methods，teachingcontent，interactivecommunicationandassessmentmethods，andthe "Nongdatopofacloud"platformisusedtocarryoutonlineandoflineblended’teachingandlearninggreatlyimproves students‘learning participation， interactivity and teaching effect through blended teaching.
