Abstract：Inordertoadapttotherevitalizationofthecountry'sruralareasandestablishanewsystemforcultivating plant scienceandtechnologyprofesionalsthatisconsistentwiththefunctionalpositioningofagriculturalmodernizationinthenewera， combinedwiththecertificationrequirementsofnewagriculturalsciencemajors，thismajorstrengthenspracticalteachingto cultivateexcelentteoryandtechnologyinnovativespirtandsuitableforappliedspecializedtalentsthedevelopmentofmoder agricultureinLiupanshuiregionandGuizhouprovince.Thisaticleaimstodiscusstheconstructionofplantscienceand technologmajorsinlocalaplication-orientedundergraduatecollgestomeettheneedsofGuizhou’seconomicdevelopment.
