Abstract:InthecontextoftheRuralRevitalization Strategy，thesynergisticroleofunitedfrontworkatcollegesand universitiesinpromotingtargetededucationthroughentrepreneurshipandinnovationhasbecomeincreasinglyimportant.This studyexploreshowunitedfrontworkcaninjectnewmomentumintoruralrevitalizationbyintegratingnon-Partyresources, optimizinguniversitylocalitycooperationandpromotinginovationandentrepreneurshipeducation.Byanalyzingthecaseofthe Hundred-Thousand-MyradProjectimplementedbycolegesanduniversities,thispapereeplydiscusesthepracticalalication ofunitedfrontworkininnovationandentrepreneurshipeducation，especiallytheuniqueroleitplaysinpromotigcollege studentstoparticipateintheprocessofuralrevitalization.Researchshowsthatunitedfrontworknotonlyprovidesintelectual supportandtechnicalservicesforruralrevitaization,butalsoprovidesabroadpracticalplatformforstudentstoinnovateand startbusinesses.Inthefuture，unitedfrontworkincollgesanduniversitiesneedstofurtherdeepencooperationwithlocal governments，enterprisesandsocialorganizations，optimizeinovativeandentrepreneurialeducationmodels，andpromoteawinwin situation between rural revitalization and high-quality education development.
