Abstract：ThebackgroundofmodernizationoftraditionalChinesemedicine（TCM），theconstructionofasupplychainfor authenticmedicinalmaterialsinLingnanisof greatsignficancetoensuringthequalityofmedicinalmaterials，promotingegional economicdevelopmentandinheriting traditional Chinesemedicineculture.Aimingatthepainpointsinthesupplychainof authenticmedicinalmaterialsinLingnan，suchasdifcultyinqualitytraceability，weakcordinationbetweenproductioand marketing，andlackof publicwelfareservices，thispaperbuildsastandardized，personalized，andpublic-welfaresuplychain inovationmodel，andusesYangchunAmomumvilosumsupplychainconstructionasacase toconductempiricalanalysisto provideasystematicdevelopmentframeworkfortheLingnanauthenticmedicinalmaterialsindustryandapracticalpathforthe modernization of the traditional Chinese medicine industry.
