乡村振兴背景下“空心村”治理路径研究

——基于四川省泸州市的实践探索

Abstract：General SecretaryXiJinpingemphasizedthat"topromoteChina’smodernization，wemustcomprehensively promoteuralrevitalization."andthat"tocomprehensivelybuildamodernsocialistcountry，themostarduousandarduoustasks stillieinruralareas."Inrecentyears，astheurbanizationandindustrializationprocesscontiuestoaelerate，conenient transportationhasmadetheatractionefectofmetropolisesonthird-andfourth-tiercitiesmoreobvious.Theproblemof "hollwingout"inruralareasinaconsiderablenumberofthird-andfourth-tiercitieshasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.It restrictsruraleconomicandsocialdevelopmentanddoesnotmeettherequirementsofagriculturalandruralmodemization. TakingLuzhou City，Sichuan Provinceasanexample，theresearchteamconductedin-depthanalysisandresearchonthebasic statusquo，causes，andimpactsofthe"hollowvilage"throughdatastisics，questionnairesurveys，discussionsandexchanges， and on-site surveys，and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestionsbased on actual conditions.

2025年是全国开展巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔第一个五年的收官之年，5年来，全国各地围绕如何高质量推动乡村振兴工作，开展了一系列实践探索，各级政府主要采取集中资源打捆，打造具备基础条件的优势乡村振兴点，形成示范带动工作，但对三四线城市占比较高的“空心化”农村，目前还停留完成基础性工作阶段。（剩余6731字）
