Abstract：Inviewofthestrong theoreticalnatureand’prominentcross-disciplinarycharacteristicsof"InvasiveBiology" course，thisstudyexplorestheinovativeapplicationpathofcaseteachingmethodinthiscourse.Bybuildinga"Five-in-One" teachingmodelof"resourceintegrationsituationintroduction-caseanalysisscientificresearchexpansion-practicaldrlls"，the multi-dimensionalvalueofcaseteachinginknowledgetransfer，ablitycultivationandideologicalandpoliticaleducatinis explained.Practicehasshownthatthismodelhasefectivelyimprovedstudents‘learninginitiativeandecologicaland environmntalawareness，stimulatedstudents'innovativethinkingandablitytosolvepracticalproblems，fullymetthetraining needsofmodernagriculturalcompositeapliedtalentsinthecontextofnewagriculturalscience，andprovidedastrongreference for the transformation of traditional disciplines to new agricultural science.
