Abstract：Underthetheoreticalframeworkof NewQualityProductiveForces，LiaoningProvinceuses technologicalrevolution asanenginetopromotethedeepintegrationofresidentialhealthcareandsmartagriculture，reshapethealocationoftraditional productinfactorsandindustrialecologyandprovideinnovativepracticalsamplesforighqualityegionaleconomicdevelpent andruralrevitalizationThroughinvestgatingtypicalcasessuchasDalianMishiTechnology's"VisualDigitalAgricultural ManagementSystem"，ShenyangQiushis"PlantFactory"，andLiaoningShanjiaVilage's"AgriculturalandHealthLinkage"，it revealstecolaborativelogicof"resourcesharing-technologyintercoection-valuesymbiosis"drivenbydataelements.realizing theross-borderintegrationoftheagricultural Internetof Thingsandthehealthandhealthenvironmentmanagementsystem， derivingderivativefomatssuchasenzmeprocesingandlow-altitudedroneinspection，forminga'"seed-breding-add-ealth" fullchainvalue-addedclosedloop.Promotefarmers‘incomeincreaseandsocialcapitalinvestment.Thereplicablemodelof "technologyempowermentplusinstitutionalbreakthrough"withdigitalizationasitscorecompetitivenessdemonstratesthedatadrivenresourceinteroperabityandvaluesymbiosismodel，andprovidespracticalreferenceforLiaoningsagriculturaleiciency improvement，health care industry upgrading and rural revitalization.
