Abstract：Botanycourseisoneofthecompulsorycoursesoferedforlifesciencesmajorsincollgesanduniversities.Inorder toexplorethedevelopmentcontext，researchhotspotsandtrendsofbotanycuriculumconstructionoverthepasttwodecades，this paperconducteda knowledgegraphanalysisof449academicpapersonbotanycurrculumresearchcolleted byChina from2005 to 2024basedon CiteSpace software.Theresultsshow：Thetotal numberofpapersshowsasteady growthtrend，withanaverage ofabout22.4paperspublishedeveryyear;theauthorscooperationrelationshipisnotobvious，andnoobviousscientificresearch cooperationteamhasbeenfound;thetotalnumberofpaperfundingfundprojectsis24;theteachinginstitutionwiththelargest numberofpapersistheDepartmentofChemistryandLifeSciencesofGansuNormalUniversityforNationalies.Thecontentof thehighlycitedpapershowsthatscholarshaveefectivelypromotedstudents‘learningwhileimprovingthequalityofbotany curriculumconstructionthoughteachingreformsthatincorporatedigialcoursesandideologicalandpoliticalelements，optiiing teachingmodels，andenrichinganddiversifiedteachingmethods.Initiativeandautonomy.Thekeywordemergenceapshows that theresearchcontentintheearlierperiodmainlyfocusedoncuriculumconstructionanddigitalizationandtheimprovementof teachingmethods，whiletheresearchcontentinrecentyearshaspaidmoreatentiontothereformofteachingmodels，theuseof teaching tools，and the efficient integration of ideological and political elements in the curiculum.
