Abstract:Thedevelopmentofruralculturalconstructionprovidesanideologicalprerequisitefortheadvancementofsocial governancemodernization，andthespecificrequirementsfortherealizationofsocialgovermancemodernizationpointoutthe directionforruralculturalconstruction.Inresponsetotheunbalancedmainstructurefacedbyculturalconstructioninrural socialgovermance,thenedtobuilddiversifiedcolaborativepatern,lowinfrastrucureuilization,thenedtobefullyreleased, thelackofin-depthexcavationandinterpretationofruralculturalresourcesdevelopmentmodels，andthelackofin-depth excavationandinterpretation，weshouldexplorethedevelopmentpathofsocialgovernance.Theconceptofcommunitystimulates thevitalityofmultiplesubjects，improvestheutilizationficiencyofruralpublicculturalfacilities，andinnovatesthe developmentmodeltopromotethetransformationofculturalresources，inordertoeffctivelypromotetherealizationofthe modernization of rural social governance.
